When are the H Series going to be Full Nebula?

I grabbed a 200HP to test and I am really disappointed to see you have to use the remote configurator tool. I won't be willing to push these in to production until they are fully Nebula.

    I think I will just update my ATP gold pack for another 12 months and send this back. It doesn't fit with any of the Other Nebula devices and sites. There's not even the Nebula VPN setting, this shouldn't even be advertised as a Nebula device.

    It is a local Firewall with basic Nebula monitoring, sorry ZyXel but this needs to be fully Nebula before you can expect anyone to switch to these.

    Oh that is a real shame, I would have thought it would have made more sense to have these a cloud only rather than local managed on release.

    To some local managed is a must over cloud plus their are still things missing in Flex H series that need to be added

    I agree with pook; The Nebula Cloud, in the management of hundreds of devices, allows detailed control for technical efficiency at maximum performance. I can't wait for them to be brought fully under Nebula's control. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year everyone. Andrea

    Any updates here? The fully nebula capable devices aren't in inventory anymore, and the new hardware isn't fully capable on nebula.

    I'm also curious about this… currently we are selling the usg flex 200…. but looking for the h series. because the 200 is just 5 years supported as i understand it right. But when i want to use the h series it is an MUST for us that it's fully nebula supported.

    we will mostly sell the 50h and 100h series. It would be nice if you will sell rack mount kits for these devices. many customers has patchcabinets, but are still small customers, who cannot afford the 200 series which are rack mountable.
