Migrate NCC Organisation and sites

Hello,

I'm quite new to Zyxel/Nebula and was wondering if it is possible to migrate a complete organisation from one NCC to another NCC?

    Do you mean you want to copy your ncc organization and site's settings and move all devices to the new organization?

    Not exactly. What I want to know if it is possible to move an NCC organization and site's settings from one NCC MSP to a new NCC MSP. From one IT company to another IT company.

    Thanks for your feedback. To answer your question, I need to clarify, does the current MSP own this organization? If yes, you can transfer by organization owner transfer. Please reference the FAQ below to transfer the organization owner:

    Kindly remind, you have to add the new MSP account to become an administrator first. After the new MSP becomes the organization owner, he can delete the old MSP account.
