Hi there. How can I log in to my Zyxel EX5510-BO?

I've tried the pw from back of device with user name admin. I recieve "user name or password incorrect or locked"

I've tried plugging my phone into the router. Nothing.

How can I access router controls?

I've had a drone hovering several times now. I watch it and it goes home to the property of known Thieves and drug addicts. I've also been tipped off that these people are planning a hit on us. I'm trying to stop it before someone gets hurt.

ISP is CCECA

Please advise.

    Oh ya. Also just found out that my neighbor, someone I have become friends with, is actually their Intel person. So it's highly possible they have wifi pw

    Unless you have received the device from your ISP and could call your ISP for support, it is probably easier if you do a factory reset on your device, then configure the device to your needs.

    BTW, your device model is "EX5510-B0" (ending in a zero, not the letter O), in case you want to search the internet for more information.
