Hi,

How to enable WAN IP ping ?

I tried to disable firewall, open new ACL rule in firewall for ICMP - nothing seems to work. I can ping public IP from LAN, but not from internet. All TCP port firewall and NAT rules work ok, so ISP TCP/UDP ports are open for my IP. I assume ICMP traffic not blocked by ISP.

There are two steps to decide whether you can ping from the WAN side.

    1. Did you enable the PING function from the WAN?

    2. Did you have WAN IP? Please check the reserved IP table. If you get the IP from the reserved IP table then you cant ping from the IP you have.

    Hi,

LTE5398 has different UI. There is firewall Direction: "WAN to LAN" and "WAN to Router", none of these work.

As said, i have public IP and all NAT port(TCP/UDP) forwards work ok, just ICMP is blocked.
