You can assign a specific VLAN for these individual IP addresses and set the quality of service for this VLAN to achieve your purpose. If these individual IP addresses are assigned to the devices with the same OUI, you can use vendor ID based VLAN for this task.

In addition, when the switch is in cloud mode, you can change the port priority on the local GUI. For specific IP addresses, please reference the above suggestion.

Currently, Nebula does not support 802.1p on the switch port setting page. But you can configure 802.1p on Site-wide > Configure > Switches > Switch settings page.
Please reference the options below:
- Quality of service
- Voice VLAN
LLDP-MED:
OUI:
- Vendor ID based VLAN
