    To be able to access via ssh you need to access the VPN on our network with the ZyWALL SecuExtender application. I can provide you with the login server and username with a temporary password, then I can give you the address to log into ssh. I need your e-mail address to be able to insert it into the domain controller, once logged in you can validate the 2fa within 5 minutes and you will be inside our network.

    Thank you! But what do I need to do if I have this message:

    PS C:> ftp 192.168.10.1

    ftp: connect :Connection refused

    I have no physical access now to this device and connect now to it via ipsec.

    UPD: подключившись по SSH для включения FTP сервера нужно выполнить 

    configure terminal
    
ip ftp server
