    Hi @Bolzy

    Since your device is FWA510, which is a Nebula device, I assume you are using it with the Nebula control center. That's why I was asking for the organization's name and the privilege.

    Please go to Help (identified by a question mark icon at the upper right corner of Nebula portal) > Support Request > Zyxel support Access to enable and save.

    In addition, since this post is different from your problem, please check the private message I sent to you. I will help to check your problem via the private message.

    I have tried to go there but the button support request it'not able.

    I think that the operator Windtre had force the closure of the Port inside the firmware, could be that ? Do you think you can say me how to open It ?
