    So this is a secret backdoor URL to make manual firmware update possible and a firmware package non-zipped without documentation …

    Offer an official firmware package download and a firmware with option of manual upgrade !

    It is not my Router i have another model .

    It is a workaround posted by a Zyxel Employee.

    * which should work for customers who have their devices in AP mode and who need a firmware upgrade method.
    * the URL stated works on my NBG7510 to bring up the local firmware upgrade screen shown above in the post by Zyxel_Jerry.

    Granted that it is not mentioned in the user guide.

    In terms of the .bin file, it has the same name as the latest firmware 100(ABZY6)C0 .

    - with %28 and %29 to represent round brackets in the URL.

    * I hope that it is the same as the latest version, which has release notes available at https://www.zyxel.com/uk/en-gb/support/download?model=nbg7510

    * It is on Zyxel's AWS cloud.
