Hi @Matita, did you upload with the .zip file? If yes, please unzip it and use the "100ABQY7C0.bin" file to upgrade.

Hi @matita,
We will suggest to upgrade the fw by connecting a PC.
Please try connect with a cable, login GUI and use the fw 100ABQY7C0 (can be downloaded in below link) for upgrading.
