Multy M1 some devices are not visible in parental control

Hi,

some devices, like Playstation 5, are not visible in Parental Control.

I have 6 Multy M1 in standard mode. My devices are connected by Wi-Fi or LAN. Any Windows PC, Android phones, google assistand, smart apliances and others are visible in Parental Control, not Playstation 5. One is conected wirelessly, on by wire, but none listed in parental control.

It would be especially useful for a gaming console.

    Please send us the send us the feedback log on the Multy APP.
    Please also provide us with the MAC address of your Playstation 5.

    If you have any concern provide with the MAC address public, you can private message to us.
    Or describe more description when you send us the send feedback log on the Multy APP.

    @Zyxel_Jerry , Same with me. Devices are visible as online, but not visible to select when configuring parental controls. Is the parental control device list limited to 30 devices perhaps?

    Is there another way besides https://192.168.x.x/ParentalControlcs to access Parental control setup.
