Hello there,
I am looking for a way to reinstall (not factory reset the settings but full reinstall my NAS326). How could I achieve that?

Could you clarify the purpose you'd like to pursue instead?

Yes. My last files upload resulted in some files uploaded but with 0 MB size.
I've entered the menu and one of the disks was listed a degraded even that the machine was not beeping for degraded disk.
I thought it might be software failure so I've tried to upgrade the firmware to the latest but it was stuck in loading between 10% and 20% (I do not remember the right number).
Now I am no longer able to open the web interface of my Zyxel. When I try to login it loads infinitely.

This is the result of my disks check:

There is nothing wrong with that disks. About reinstalling the firmware, you can use a Rescue Stick.

I've downloaded the archive for my NAS326 and extracted it into FAT USB flash drive. I followed the instructions to rename the file and the flash drive files structure looks like this:
user@wb:/media/suvari3v/FAT 8GB$ ll
total 960
drwxr-xr-x 3 user user 4096 яну 1 1970 ./
drwxr-x---+ 3 root root 4096 мар 5 20:07 ../
-rw-r--r-- 1 user user 79 окт 19 2016 ras.bin
drwxr-xr-x 5 user user 4096 мар 5 19:50 .Trash-1000/
-rw-r--r-- 1 user user 949972 окт 19 2016 uboot.bin
-rw-r--r-- 1 user user 36 окт 19 2016 Upgrade_C0
-rw-r--r-- 1 user user 12250 окт 19 2016 usb_key_func.shThen I've followed the instructions again:
- I've shut down the NAS
- I've inserted the flash drive into the front port
- I've started the NAS again
- There was a beeping sound
- Then I've shut down the NAS as it did not shut down itself automatically as per the instructions (after waiting for about 5 minutes)
Now when I start it it does not seems like something is changed. I've logged in the device using SSH and the HTTPD service was not running I was not able to enter the web portal so I've started the service:
~ # /etc/init.d/httpd.sh start
~ #Then the web portal started to load the login from and I've entered my credentials in the web portal but again I see infinite loading and I'm not able to enter the dashboard.
Could you suggest please?

Don't know how you managed to get the stick that way. The content should be
├── nas3xx_check_file
├── nas3xx_fw
│ ├── uboot.bin
│ ├── Upgrade_C0
│ ├── ras.bin
│ └── usb_key_func.sh
├── nas3xx_md5sum.txt
└── Readme.txtWhere ras.bin is a +/- 50MB file, with it's md5sum in nas3xx_md5sum.txt. The .Trash-1000/ directory won't hurt. (All extra files are ignored.)

Thank you for your instructions. I was able to upgrade the firmware to V5.21. The device shut down after the upgrade as expected.
Unfortunately, I am still unable to log in and I see an infinite loop. Here is what I did right after the upgrade:

Well, at least you have some filesystem errors, which can cause the zero byte files. You should run e2fsck on /dev/md2. Unfortunately that is not that simple. Here I wrote about how to get that done. The forum software has b0rked up my code, so you'll have remove the html code around and between the commands. And skip the resize2fs.
