Zyxel NAS320S password reset

Hello i have a guestion if there is anyway to reset a pasword on Nas320S. I has been under 1 pasword for more than 7 years the one who locked it doesnt know the pasword.

As far as I know, you can press and hold the reset button until you hear one beep.
