How to disable Cloud saving mode

Hello,

i do not often connect to my nebula dashboard but now there is no way for me to disable cloud native mode, how can i please?
The toggle won't move.

    Hi @danielefiore,

    Thanks for the detailed information from you. After checking, I found the main reason might be because your account's role is not "organization full" admin. I suggest using the owner account to disable the cloud saving mode or raise your account's role to "organization full" admin.

    Could you help to enable Zyxel support for me to check?

    Please go to Help (identified by a question mark icon at the upper right corner of Nebula portal) > Support Request > Zyxel support Access to enable and save.
