Updated NAS 326 firmware - Now web management interface no longer works.

I just applied V5.21(AAZF.16)C0 to my NAS 325 and it rebooted correctly, then the SMB and NFS shares came up ok, but the management web interface is not working anymore…

If I go to it by IP address or local name neither works in the browser. This is the URL it tries to redirect to:

http://192.168.1.65/r51277,/desktop,/index.html

Note the commas in the URL. Is that normal? Any ideas?

Thanks in advance!
Mike

That comma is normal. Every firmware release has it's own 'r number'. I think it's the revision number of the source version control. In most cases when the webinterface is not reachable after a firmware update, it's due to a cached redirect, which now redirects wrong. So try to clear your cache, or use a private window.

    Hi Mijzelf,

I cleared ALL my browsing history, cookies, etc. When I type in the address (http://192.168.1.65/) no redirect occurs and this is what I get…

Thanks in advance for any help.

Ensure that the IP address and local name you're using to access the NAS 325 are correct. Double-check the network settings on your NAS to ensure there are no conflicts or misconfigurations.

    Thanks,

They are correct and I have no way to check the network setting without the web interface. Again, everything is working except the web interface.

Also, just went to https://mycloud.zyxel.com/ and it shows my device as paired but when I try and sync anything it times out.

Any helpful assistance will be appreciated.

I did a factory reset and was able to get back in after that. Thanks for everyone's help.
