NR7101 ABUV.8 firmware update fails

How to install newest ABUV.8 firmware to NR7101 ??
After uploading the firmware, device is unable to install the firmware and when logging in, I get this: "Warning
It is impossible to retrieve the information now. Please try again"
Firmware update page shows no current firmware version.

Even after reset to factory settings, it does not install. I am stuck with V7 or earlier.

I suspect you have already powered down the device for a few minutes.
Have you tried resetting the network settings on the computer?
It looks like you have no internet connection so that might help you.
I have replaced my 7101, it messed up when it was -40°C at the beginning of January.
There were constant breaks and it continued even after it got warmer.

Yes, powering off or reboot does not help either. There was no internet since there was no working firmware in NR7101 and it could not connect to ISP.
This is my second device, almost 1 year old. It has started to break connections recently, thought V8 fw could improve things.
