NR5103ev2 & Home Assistant

Until recently I used a Huawei 4G router. From it, I could obtain various router system info (eg. SINR, data download/upload etc) into my 'Home Assistant' server using the available Huawei integration.

Does anyone know of an Integration, AddOn, Script or any method of obtaining similar data from the Zyxel NR5103eV2 into HomeAssistant?

    I have an NR7101 (non Nebula) at my country house.

    I've seen that this router implements an MQTT features, is it possible to send mqtt data to homeassistant?

    And, if yes, how?
