M1 Multy - Problem found, 5G wifi is not working so thats why no mesh. Question, how to solve it?

Why is the 5G network not working??? Channel auto or fix?

    To clarify the issue, please respond to the following requests and send us feedback via the Multy App when the issue occurs:
    1.How do you connect your Multy device in your environment?
    2.How do you determine that the 5G Wi-Fi is not working?
    3.When the issue occurs, can other wireless clients detect the 5G Wi-Fi?
    You can provide this information when sending us feedback from the Multy App.

    Hi, Q1: simple connected with cable to main router (service provider).

    Q2: I can connect to the 5G network but any speedtest tools saying no internet, no speed, ping is very high if is there any response

    Q3: yes, you can detect, can connect, but there is no internet. And even if a satelite is connecting to this router, the satelit will not work because there is no internet on satelit too.

    I restarted this main router xxx times but nothing changed
