USG Flex 200 Gold Security Pack not assigned

Hy team.

I'm buy one licence from Circle for one USG Flex200 in Monitor on Nebula.

The license appears assigned to the USG but not in Queued and inactive in MyZyxel
Refreshing USG does not assign the license.
That I have to do?

    Hi @ticsystems,

    The circle purchase made a mistake in that the system ordered an extra Nebula Pro Pack license to USG FLEX 200. Please be assured, we will refund this extra license.

    Due to the outdated trial license for the USG FLEX, the GSP license cannot be activated. We can help you solved this issue by restock the device. After this process, we will register it back to your account and it will have 30-day GSP trial and the GSP license you purchased. Please let us know when we can take this action, thanks.
