NAS 326 2 Bay Login failure

can't login my NAS 326 although using ADMIN and 1234……where can I reset ? And is that useful so I can login again…without Login I can't allocate the second disc. Thanks for a prompt reply

    The username is case sensitive, and it's admin, not ADMIN. If you ever logged in before, the webinterface has forced you to change the password. So in that case it's not 1234 anymore.

    There is a reset button on the back. You'll need something thin to push it. If you keep it pushed until it beeps once, it will reset the network (back to DHCP) and the password. (back to 1234).
