EX5401-B1 remove ISP customisation/ access firmware update page

I have just acquired a used EX5401-B1 but using the default “admin” login I don’t have access to the maintenance→firmware update page. How can I get access to the update process? Is there a higher level user id I should be using ?

⇒ may be it is possible to upgrade via ftp if the device allows ftp access :
