"ls" small L and s , this gives directory information and shows if the data connection is functioning with my router .

As a test i deactivated the firewall for the local zone in Win 10 .

So it was a little step forward but not the complete success …

    Instructions: download WinSCP here: https://winscp.net/eng/download.php

Install WinSCP and login like this below

when logged in, choose firmware latest version from desktop on the left side (PC) and now click fw folder on the right side (router) and click upload firmware to the router and check the router for red flashing light and wait until it all completed, then closed WinSCP and go to website 192.168.1.1 and enter username and password (from your router label) as you will be able to logged in and see all factory resetted because the router will ask you to choose new password to change the login.

Hope this will help other if they get struggling with 553 Can't open that file: Permission denied

Thanks Tony & Peter for trying to help me. Yes, I am relief all ok now. Broadband is now working on my router.
