NSA325 V2 Dropping Gigabit Connection

Hi all, looking for some help figuring out a network issue on my aging NSA325 V2. I get expected "Gigabit" transfer speeds (approx. 60MB/s) briefly when the NAS is turned on or I remove/reconnect the network cable, but it always drops down to 100Mb speeds (10-11MB/s) after a few minutes. Orange light on network port is on initially, but turns off and I only get green. It's connected to a Gigabit switch along with a Synology NAS and 3 PCs. I've tested speeds across the other devices and they're fine.

Anybody experienced similar/knows what to look at for a potential fix? Is it time to ditch it and invest in more up-to-date hardware?

TIA

Did you exchange cables and switch ports?

Thank you, I thought I had, but just done it again (swapped cables with my Synology) and now both seem to be working as expected. Very weird! Thanks for suggesting, a classic IT solution alongside "have you turned it off and on again". Sometimes the simplest solutions are the best 😂
