XGS1930 2.5 Gbit/s with SFP+ RJ45 Modul possible?

Hi @Tzunami ,
We have tested your case on our site, and the results confirm that it is possible to connect a 2.5 Gbit/s client to one of the SFP+ ports using an RJ45 10 Gbit/s module, our SFP10G-T, and achieve the full 2.5 Gbit/s speed.
However, based on typical usage scenarios and specifications, we recommend using the SFP+ module for uplink to use its 10G capability.
FYI: Please note that the XGS1930 web GUI will display 10Gbps - the data link speed between XGS1930 and SFP10G-T.

Hi @Tzunami ,
You can find the minimum power consumption for the XGS1930 series in the datasheet. For instance, the minimum power consumption for the XGS1930-28 is 12.4 watts. You can refer to the datasheet here:

I have a second question.
What is the min. power consumption when simply running the XGS1930 (no connections, no SFP+ Modules)? I only found the max. power consumption of 24.6 Watt.
