New Nebula app not able to log in

The updated app are not working on my iPad. Wen trying to log in I can not switch to numbers which I have part of my password.

    2. Close all background applications on your iPad.
    3. Restart your iPad and try accessing the Nebula Mobile App again.

    Thanks for your comments.
    when doing as suggested I was not successful to log in. I only got a blank page

    But I open my account through my Zyxel -on my iPad -and their I was directed to the app and then it works.
    now I can log in.

    I have a iPad with 17.5.1 and iPad Pro 12,9 third generation.
