Multy M1 - new firmware V1.00(ABZF7)C0

Hi Zyxel support,

I have 3 M1(WSM20) installed and found that my latest firmware version is V1.00(ABZF)C0 that still have technical issues (mentioned in this community). I think they were automatically upgraded by system.

Currently, some M1cannot check the status by Diagnose feature in Multy app..

Any suggestion to downgrade my M1 to the reliable firmware?

Currently, the latest official firmware version for the Multy M1 (WSM20) is V1.00(ABZF.6)C0. The steps to downgrade the firmware have been sent to your community inbox. Please check and implement them.
