NR5103Ev2 5g issues + new firmware

Hi

I have an issue with my zyxel NR5103EV2. I will only connect to LTE and not 5G. I have tried different sim cards and no one will connect to 5G. Same simcard will connect to 5G in a phone, but not router.

What can I do?

What is latest firmware? I have V1.00(ACIQ.0)b8_E1
