Dear Nebula Users,
We are currently experiencing a service disruption due to an issue with Internet connection.Issue Started from:
2024-08-31 08:32 (UTC+0)
Issue Symptom & Risk:
1. Partial Nebula devices appear offline on the NCC, due to issues with internet connection.
Resolved:
2024-08-31 11:53 (UTC+0)
Note: This incident does not affect Nebula devices and their local network services if there is no any configuration change.
