Good morning, I cannot renew my Zyxel usg flex 500 license, I do not receive the double-factor email in my mailbox.

Typically, renewing a firewall license does not require two-factor authentication. You can renew through the Zyxel Marketplace, Circle, or Nebula Control Center, depending on where the license was originally purchased.

Good morning, when I enter my account from the portal https://account.zyxel.com
It asks me for double factor, please your urgent help, I cannot renew the license of my device.
