Hello,

Suddenly my NAS is not visible in network explorer by all devices in my network. I use W7 and Android 13 and they can't access to the network folders. I can access via browser with no problem but its not enough to me. W7 diagnosis says the remote device doesn´t accept the connection.

I don't know if it was after a firmware update or something.

If anyone can help me I will appreciate.

Hi, after posting this thread I notice I was a victim from Ech0raix ramsomware too on June. So the "visibility" was disable by hackers. Its pretty annoying that zyxel don't react to this events or at least made a communication about that.

Its not a big loss to me but I will now try to use it as an internal NAS and see what happen, otherwise it will go to garbage.

It’s not advisable to place a NAS on a public IP address, as increasingly sophisticated attack methods are emerging. It’s much safer to position the NAS behind a security router or firewall for better protection against potential threats.

Additionally, please avoid clicking on any suspicious websites or emails, as they could create backdoors for trojans or hackers to infiltrate your internal network.
