NWA1123-AC in Nebula network possible?

Hi,

I have two access points NAP102 in a Nebula network. Now I want to add another access point. Type NWA1123-AC SN: S162L17141251

Is it possible to add this access point to the network? It looks like that it is not possible.

    Hi @Wallie ,

    To clarify, the NWA1123-AC is not supported for management via Nebula. You can manage it by Standalone mode only.

    Apologies for the confusion regarding the model's name.

    Hi, Thank you for the explanation. However, I think the NWA1123-AC is not compbatible for the nebula network.

    When I enter the Mac Adress and Serial number I get this message: Model is not supported by NCC.

    When I look at the list of supported devices I get this list:


    • NAP102, NAP203, NAP303, NAP353
    • NWA1123ACv2, NWA1123AC-PRO, NWA1123-AC HD, NWA1302-AC, NWA5123-AC HD, NWA1123ACv3
    • WAC6303D-S, WAC6103D-I, WAC6502D-E, WAC6502D-S, WAC6503D-S, WAC6552D-S, WAC6553D-E, WAC5302D-Sv2
    • WAC500, WAC500H
    • NWA110AX, WAX510D, WAX650S, WAX610D, NWA210AX, WAX630S
    • NWA50AX, NWA90AX, NWA55AXE, NWA50AX PRO, NWA90AX PRO
    • WAX655E
    • WAX620D-6E, WAX640S-6E, NWA220AX-6E
    • WAX300H
    • NWA130BE, WBE530, WBE660S

    The

    NWA1123-AC is not mentoined in the list. I see that NWA1123ACv2, NWA1123AC-PRO, NWA1123-AC HD and NWA1123ACv3 are compatible. The NWA1123-AC without any additional letters is probably not.

    So again my question: Can I use the NWA1123-AC in the Nebula network?
