Dropbox Agent - Invalid access token
Hello,
NAS540.
I have a Dropbox Basic Plan.
I have the latest firmware version V5.21(AATB.9).
Dropbox Client is updated to its latest version 10.10.0zypkg003
It appears as authorized in Dropbox.
If a fresh-install the drop box agent, it works perfectly. But a few hours later I get an error:
[2023-06-01 19:09:01,566][INFO] Start to run ZyDropbox
[2023-06-01 19:09:02,166][ERROR] Invalid access token
If I check the token in the configuration file i see that it is coded somehow:
/i-data/a1f0e371/<NAS_Folder>/Dropbox $ cat .dropbox
{"access_token": "sl.BfBZkT2****************GgutqKpA12__S4RZ8***************DFBRnPF1NWBQcxqbb1RzXXSLuknJIj165FI-E*********************Nir2ZcRjRN4A"}
How is it coded? Is it possible for me to generate a new one, encode it and update the configuration to make it work?
Who is coding this app? Is it possible to cooperate with them? Github repo?
Thanks!
Martull

You can delete the account on dropbox and create it again, does it help?

Hello @okimarukas.
I have done it, it works synchronizing the new Dropbox folder in my NAS for the first time, and when if finishes, it stops working with this token error so new files are not synchronized. It is weird and makes the app useless :-(

I'm not certain about the changes made to Dropbox or the NAS. I have been using them for three months without encountering any issues. However, since the token is synced to Dropbox, it's possible that any changes made to the account settings could potentially interfere with the token.

I have the same Issue:
- NAS326
- Dropbox Plan Basic
Install the Dropbox app and everything is fine.
Shutdown & restart the NAS.
[ERROR] Invalid access token
I didn't do anything on the dropbox account (except for uploading new file) nor on the NAS.
Tried multiple times to remove and reinstall the app from the NAS but everytime same issue:
sync correctly the first time (and keeps updated the files on both directions) but when i restart the NAS it doesn't sync anymore even disabling and re-enabling the DropBoxClient.
Any suggestion?

Make sure to update to the latest firmware and verify that the Dropbox app is also up to date.
