    Your Gold Security Pack (which includes the Nebula Pro Pack) trial is set to expire on 2024-11-01. Upon expiration, the Gold Security Pack 1-year license will automatically activate.

    We believe the issue causing your organization is in the Base pack is that some devices in your organization lack the Nebula Pro Pack license. To maintain Pro pack status for the entire organization, please ensure that all devices have an active Nebula Pro Pack license.
