NAS 326 device not found in pairing stage

Hi
i have problem in stage pairing on cloud. first it's not show my device on list . i try put by manual. it's show massge 'device not found "since time count 9.50 never run down to 9.49.

Make suree that the NAS is on the same IP address subnet as your network. Additionally, the NAS should have the ability to access the internet.
