Zyxel Router/ATA 3301

Hello,

I am helping a user with the zyxel 3301 router/ata. I logged into the router and cannot see the VoIP setting heading on the right menu. I can see the voip status under network settings. How can i register a sip account then? Where do i activate voip or voip settings?

    Hi Tony,

    Thanks for sharing the manual. But the manual assumes the "VoIP Settings" button is there and instructs how to use it to set VoIp. But, in this case, teh "VoIP Settings" button is NOT there. It is NOT visible on the menu that appears vertically to the right. To me, it seeems like it DISABLED because there are two physical FXS ports. How to ENABLE it so "VoIP Settings" button becomes visible?

    VoIP should be in the Navigation Panel, see below.

    I am going to ask the usual next question, namely can you please say what firmware version the Zyxel device is running?

    My default user is "admin", firmware is V5.50(ABVY.3.1)C0 and my ISP is Turk.net (Turkish). I need help.
