Could you enable Zyxel Support access so I can check? Since I didn't have a similar problem on my side. Please reference this FAQ to enable and share your org name with me.

Hi, This morning it was all my sites. It could not load the welcome page. Now its fx if you click on a device. Its better now than a few hours ago. Access is granted now
