Nr7101 reconnect time

Hi, is there a reason why nr7101 keep too much time to reconnect to network? It's more than 60 seconds.
Chateu 5g with same platform keep few seconds, 5 at max.
My isp disconnect 4 times in a day, and 60-70 seconds without internet each time is too much.

Hi, in my experience, the minimum was 40 seconds. Never less.
Usually it takes longer if you add band selection or tower/cell lock.

Hi, in my case router mode it takes 50/55 seconds withouth band/cell selection.

Have you tried to enable the log (Maintanence > Log Settings)? You should enable Cellular WAN and ESMD in order to see where's the issue.

I tried, but cannot see any log in that page, blank output. What could i miss?

More, ethernet interface goes down when modem reconnect and webpage is not reachble.

The problem is your ISP, not the modem so.....
Why do they disconnect?
My ISP never shut down so i'm a bit confused why yours do?

They use this policy for all consumer sim, reconnect each 4 hour. I don't know the reason.
Anyway i don't agree, reconnect time of 1 minute is not my isp problem, but router problem. Other brands router keep from 3/5 to 12 seconds at max for reconnecting. Tested by myself with same sim and bts.
