NAS542 not working

Hi

I have used this NAS 542 for phtotos and videos. And everythin has worked normal. But now after it was shutted down about month I can't login anymore. I thought I forgot the username and password, so I pressed the reset button in front cover. First try was with one peep and after that using username "admin" and password "1234". And then the same thing again but I pressed little longer and after two peeps trying same default username and password but didn't work either. What should I do? I havee all our companies photos and videos there. What happen if I press the back cover reset button (the tiny one which need some needle for pressing).

    The 'reset' button on the front is not a reset button, but a power button. A short press signals the OS to shutdown gracefully. A longer press 'just cuts the power'.

    The reset button on the back should be used to reset your admin password.

    Thank you for answering. So I should try the button on the back. But I have to correct little. There is a power button on the front cover, yes. But there is also another, smaller button, also. And some quide they are advising to use that for resetting. And it will be peeping like I told and I have used that for reset password earlier but it wont do reset anymore. I have never used the little button on the back cover and I wanted confirmation from you people here before I press it. That I know that I won’t erase the data accidently
