Is it possible to create an account only for myzyxel? I want to prevent that a specific user can access nebula, but can access myzyxel. and view all our devices there, and adjust some information.

Ok, we decided we just give him access to nebula. It will not be such a big issue. I have an other question. We will go work with teams. What i see is when i create an team, and i give full control to all organizations. When i create after it an new organization, it's not automatically added. is that correct? is there an option in nebula to get auto access to a specific team just to all organizations?

    Hi @Dpj

Are you referring to the Admin & Teams feature in the Nebula MSP Pack?

When using the Teams function to configure multiple admins with the same privileges, any newly created organizations will not be automatically added to an existing team. You would need to go to the Teams interface and manually update the organization selection to include the new one.

    Hi @Dpj

Currently, our design allows a single account to access all Zyxel services, as user identification is based on the account itself. Unfortunately, this means that it is not possible to create a Zyxel account that would grant access to myZyxel but restrict access to Nebula Control Center.

Could you please share more details about the reason for wanting to prevent a specific user from accessing the Nebula CC but still allow them to view devices on myZyxel? Is it due to concerns over the user being able to modify configuration settings on the Nebula CC?

Additionally, could you clarify what specific information you would like the user to access on myZyxel?

Yes that's the reason Kay. In the past we didn't keep an eye which firewall belongs to which customer. There are still many zywall 110's en vpn 100 arround. So i found a way to retrieve is information for the most of them (90%). So i want this user to fill in this information in the MyZyxel portal.

    Hi @Dpj

For security reasons, devices registered under a myZyxel account can only be accessed by that specific Zyxel account, so it isn’t possible to allow another user to view or manage this information on myZyxel.

As an alternative, we suggest using tags to help differentiate and organize your devices, which could assist in tracking and managing them more effectively.
