If you are referring to the alert status with the orange icon as shown below, is the message "An error is detected" what appears when you hover over that icon?
To pinpoint the exact error, please share with us a screenshot of the alert on the AP by clicking on the AP, which will display the AP details page.
One common cause for this alert status could be a 10/100Mbps link speed. Guidance on this specific issue can be found in the following FAQ: Nebula - How to check the AP status on NCC.
