Hi, when I want to update the router NR5103E, this message appears: No newer firmware exists. The firmware on your device is already the latest version. Knowing that the firmware is V1.00(ACBJ.0)b12. Is there a solution or manual update?

Please contact your service provider, in this case it should be Three, because they decide which firmware should be released to users.
