Reset Problem

in Multy WiFi System

Hello, I have a 3-unit Multy U WSR-30 mesh system. Approximately every 10-15 days, all connections drop, the SSID name and password reset, and the system switches from bridge mode to NAT mode. It's very frustrating to have to reconfigure everything, and it takes a lot of time. What could be the reason for this?

    Hi @gisigisi

    Have you tried resetting all your Multy U units and reinstalling the system? Since you have three units, you might consider swapping the main router with one of the secondary units to see if it makes any difference during the setup.

    Also, since your Multy U is in bridge mode, it relies on another router for internet connectivity. It might be a good idea to reboot your primary router as well, just to rule out any issues from that side.

    Out of curiosity, how long have you been using the Multy U system? It’s a great device, but it has been around for some time and might be reaching its EOL stage.
