Multy X App Problem

Hi, I'm having major problems with the Zyxel Multy app. When I start the app, I can perform the basic configuration, but as soon as it shows that wifi has been successfully set up, the app freezes. I have tried the app on various smartphones: Samsung S23 with Andrid 14, Huawei Y6 2019 with Android 9, Samsung Galaxy A7M Huawei LYA-29.

But I can't complete the configuration on any smartphone. I installed the app from the Playstore, it doesn't work. I then tried the 2.6.3.240201_production.apk, but it doesn't work either.

I can connect to the configured WLAN, but the app does not start and only shows me that the service is not available.

If the app doesn't work, then as an IT service provider and dealer I can no longer manage the devices that have been in operation at my customers for some time. I have a customer who has 6 Zyxel Multy Xs running, one of which is now defective. Unfortunately, I can't integrate a new one.

    @Zyxel_Melen any Updates on this Issue? Many People have similar issues so this looks like a server Client connection problem. When will you delivery a fix for this?

    I have the same problem - Zyxel Multy is set up, but a cannot click on the next step, as there is this annoying loading spinner.

    I also tried to setup the multy with other android and ios devices - none of these worked, so this bug is very frustrating.

    If I kill the app and want to restart it, it is stuck on startup.

    After couple of minutes starting up the app, a message box pops up with a message, that the service is currently not available at the moment.

    AppVersion: 2.6.2.240202

    Android Version: 14 UKQ1.231003.002

    As it is not possible to start the app, I cannot send you a feedback with the button you mentioned.
