Hello. When I am in Nebula Control Center and click on a client it takes me to the Dashboard and not to the client details.

This happens in the web version, in the app it does take me to the client's details

    I am experiencing this same problem. The client page begins to load for a split second, then it redirects to the Dashboard / home page. It started after the 18.30 Control Center update earlier this week.

    I checked my organization but this issue didn't happen. Could you enable zyxel support access and let me know your organization's name so we can check?

    Is this a bug?

    I have the same problem.
    The problem only affects organizations that do not have a ProPack.
