I saw NO apps in the dashboard area:

While I have selected everything:

and:

I'm sure that onsite the office is working, so I think that it is a bug:

Please let me know what to do, to give back filtering benefits to this site.

    Hi @GiuseppeR,

Your configuration is correct. The reason you didn't see the hits count is because your client didn't access any threats website and etc.

Below screenshot is from my lab.

In addition, my SCR50AXE lan interface use itself as DNS server. If your configuration isn't same as my, please correct your configuration. Also, SCR50AXE doesn't support to block DNS over HTTPS traffics.

    Hello @Zyxel_Melen

I feel that something is not working properly.

Name this site, where I have no reports, SiteX.

    Site1:

    Site2:

    SiteX:

As you can see in SiteX it seems that I have NO internet traffic.

It is NOT possible considering that there I have a dozen of devices:

Please let me know how to unlock that device or if it has a damage/bug inside.

I'm at your disposal, best regards

    Hello @Zyxel_Melen

the SiteX came back working as expected as soon as I changed the SSID config from WPA2 to WPA3:

    Hi @GiuseppeR,

I checked with our engineer, and the issue with site X shouldn't be related to the security option of the SSID. But thanks for your update. We will do some local lab work to clarify it.
