NR7101 modem problem
Dear Zyxel,
I was an happy owner of a NR7101 outdoor modem.
From yesterday after update i got an error that don't detect the modem.
Additionally to this, there's no possibility to have a working sim.
What can i do?

Do you use passthrough mode or Router mode?
If passthrough change to router mode and do a reboot.

no, didn't worked for me. Set as router mode → no ip passt.
and LTE module is not detected in any case.

I read years ago that someone mentioned that the card was corrupted during an update.
It is recommended to remove the card during the update.
Have you tried a factory reset?
Maintenance / Backup/Restore / Scroll down to the bottom and hit reset.
Have you tried a different sim card?

factory reset multiple time.
all test run with and without sim card, i'm still struggling with this cpe.
I think is damaged and there's no way to fix it.

Did you try with another sim?

Yes.. 3 different Sims of 2 different isp
Additionaly I think if the software doesn't detect the module is not fault of the SIM

What firmwares do you use?

i tried several.. i reverted back to 05. tried 09 and 10.
none of them detected the lte module.

What module firmware?

are you serious?
first picture of this thread. Current LTE module : blank.
So there's no possibility to update the module, or to check what's there.
If i tried install a new module firmware, it said image is illegal.
I don't have time to waste on this rubbish product anymore.
