Hello All

Can someone help me to find/download firmware version

Ver.V5.21(ABAG.15)_myZyXELCloud-Agent_0106

maybe if i have that i can get my NAS back online, i get the impression that nothing else will work.

    You want this in a single package? AFAIK there doesn't exist something like V5.21(ABAG.15)_myZyXELCloud-Agent_0106. V5.21(ABAG.15) is a firmware, myZyXELCloud-Agent_0106 is an installable package.

    Here you can find 5.21(ABAG.15), and myZyXELCloud-Agent_0106 can still be found on the package server, ftp://ftp2.zyxel.com/NAS542/zypkg/5.21/

    Little question do i need username and paswoord for the ftp site?

    Depends on your client. The server supports anonymous login, which is default for many clients. But if the client doesn't support it, the credentials are anonymous,a@b.c , or any other e-mail address.
