End of Service Date: 29-July-2022

 

Alternative Service

In order to fulfill the same function beyond this service’s discontinuation, please use “Find me” function to

discover your NAS. Make sure both the NAS and your computer are connected with internet access.

    No entiendo como pueden descontinuar el servicio de la aplicación para los dispositivos NAS que aún tienen en venta. NAS326, NAS540, NAS542

    Cómo pueden seguir vendiendolos.

    Además la aplicación Zyxel Drive (Móvil), está super desactualizada, y la contestación que recibo es que no tienen previsto seguir dándole soporte tampoco a esta aplicación y la escritorio dejó de funcionar en 2022.

    No hace ni 6 meses que compré el NAS542 y aunque el servicio que brinda localmente es estupendo, también quiero poder acceder a él desde el exterior y sincronizar las carpetas que yo guste de mis terminales móviles y locales, no solo la galería.

    no hace ni 6 meses que compre este producto nas542 y me encuentro que las funciones principales que ofrece un nas, no las puedo utilizar por eleminar sus aplicaciones. y no dan soluciones. porque lo venden.

    I have to say that it's a sad reflection on Zyxel when EOL devices aren't even supported with the latest functional firmware, tools, and PDF files.

    I, being a bit of a fool, purchased a NAS-325 for three monasteries and the administration in 2015 and even boasted about how excellent and long-lasting the support and download database were.

    For ascetic monks living in poverty, ZYXEL seemed to me at the time to be a responsible, reputable, and long-lasting solution provider.

    There's no question that I WILL have to replace the devices in 2025. But they will definitely not be ZYXEL products, and I will probably stick to this decision for all my other “advice” and “purchasing recommendations” as well.

    It's for the best :-(
