Multy U cannot add multiple units

Hey!

This is my cry out for help. Any of the support forms dont work and i cannot get in touch of support any other way. I think this is not the way thing should be. The EU support page doesent even give me a from to fill out and the app tries to forward the text as a txt file to somewhere on my OWN phone.

I bought a three pack of Multy U's and i have been fighting with them for a couple of days.

I've read trough this forum and all of the support pages. Nothing seems to work. The only "solution" i found is to contact support and get them to update the devices. Not sure if i understood it correctly or if its even possible.

I can install and get the first multy to work without any issues. After that i try to add more devices and the bluetooth connection fails. After all of this the app says that im disconnected from my multy, even tho the wifi works. I have to start the whole process again after all of this if i want to try again.

Just please somebody help! I don't want these to be bricked.
