Nsw 100 28p



Hoi. Bought nsw100. Did scan qr to add to site. All seems fine but red led is blinking. Cannot connect to ncc. In nebula app the switch it’s not online. Can some one please advice / help ?

hoi Judy, thanks for reaching out. i am browsing in circles. can not find the download link. I end up on the product page with firmware etc but there i can not find the network utility tool.

the tool did help a lot. i did try several steps, fixed ip, reboot etc but the firmware update did the trick. many thanks. problem solved
