Nebula SecuReporter - missing devices' names

Hello everyone,

I cannot see a lot of names inside my Organization & Device area of SecuReporter.

As you can see I read only few of them:

Is there a specific reason?

How can I fix it?

    Hi @GiuseppeR ,

    The device name displayed in SecuReporter corresponds to the device name registered in your MyZyxel account.

    Please check your device name in MyZyxel and enter the exact same name if you want it to appear in SecuReporter.

    The device name displayed in SecuReporter corresponds to the device name registered in your MyZyxel account.

    Please check your device name in MyZyxel and enter the exact same name if you want it to appear in SecuReporter.

    Hello @Zyxel_Judy

    is it possible to sync that value with the same name that is assigned in Nebula NCC?

    So only on premise firewalls have to be renamed manually.

    Hi @GiuseppeR ,

    Currently, there is no feature to sync device names from NCC to SecuReporter. Please manually rename the devices on MyZyxel.
